Ruth Ann Turner, owner, is a proud mother, Albany community member, and a veteran leader in early childhood education. Ruth Ann has long been an advocate for young learners, believing that the earliest experiences shape a child’s lifelong love of learning.
With a rich background that includes working with Albany County Head Start, the Albany City School District, and serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Infinite Care Child Care Center, Ruth Ann pairs extensive operational expertise with a comittment to excellence in child care.
